No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. Too technical. Not enough information. This resolved the issue. All produce the same issue with not being able to connect to or print to the share printer.

ANY help is much appreciated. Uninstalling this for customers across the country is very time consuming, and I'm looking to mitigate this issue with an update we can push out.

Now, only one computer cam sharing file and printer, another 3computer cannot share. I never change any setting, I think it maybe cause of virus.
